Coconut Cove Surfside

A three bedroom, two bath cottage right on the beach (a few feet from the surf).  The master bedroom (king bed)  is upstairs on the same level as the living/dining areas with a fabulous view to the ocean.  The second and third bedrooms are on the lower level, accessed by an outside stairway.  These rooms can be set up with twin beds or a king bed in each.  This unit has a wonderful "beachy" charm, and was fully remodelled.

Accommodation Tax of 13.42% is NOT included. Out-cleaning fee is $200. Occupancy limit: 4 adults with 1 child. Minimum stays is 7 nights (14 nights during Christmas). Security deposit and rental agreement required.
