• $850 per night plus tax (currently 13.42%)

• Property User fee: $50 per day
• Out-Cleaning fee: $350

Conditions:

• 7 night minimum stay
• 14 night minimum stay over most Holidays
• Maximum occupancy: 6 per unit (including children)
  • We want to be certain that everyone is comfortable and has proper bedding.
• Check-in time: 3:00pm or later
• Check-out time: 10:00am or earlier
• A rental agreement is required at time of booking.
• A refundable security deposit and valid credit card will also be required.
