This outstanding one-bedroom one bath vacation rental is located on the ground floor of the fantastic Papakea Resort (Building E). Walk right out from the condos lanai to the pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area. Condo is equipped with everything that you will need. The unit was recently updated with new tile, appliances, and remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Entertain on the wall mounted flat screen TV and stereo/CD player in the living room. Bathroom features a stall shower- no tub. Ceiling fans and a window air conditioner in the living room helps keep the condo cool. Private phone in condo allows for free Long Distance to US Mainland and Canada. Bring your computer equipment and enjoy free wireless internet access in our condo. Resort features 2 pools, cabanas, tennis courts, putting greens, shuffleboard and plenty of gas BBQ's in the pool area to grill up the fresh catch of the day.

Maximum occupancy: Four (4). Effective 7/1/14 a $15/day Facilities Use Fee (with a 10 day $150 maximum per calendar month) will be collected at check out, payable to the front desk. This fee will increase to $17/day effective 7/1/16. Please note that an emergency Sea Wall Repair Project has been scheduled for Nov 2015 thru Nov 2016.
